TERMS OF SERVICES

These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of hosting packages, domain registration, SSL certificates, and related web services provided by FinderWebs (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By ordering, activating, or utilizing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

1. Account Registration & Security

When signing up for a FinderWebs client account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date contact information (including valid legal name, active email address, and physical address). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and two-factor authentication tokens. Any action occurring under your authenticated account is your responsibility.

Providing false or fraudulent information during checkout will result in immediate account suspension without refund.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

All FinderWebs servers and network infrastructure may be used only for lawful purposes. The transmission, hosting, distribution, or storage of any content in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law is strictly prohibited.

Strictly prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Hosting pirated software, warez, cracked applications, or unauthorized copyrighted materials.
• Unsolicited bulk email (SPAM), email harvesting, or running open mail relays.
• Phishing websites, deceptive landing pages, bank credential stealers, or scam portals.
• Malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, rootkits, or cryptocurrency mining scripts.
• Port scanning, DDoS/DoS attacks, brute force scripts, or network vulnerability probing.
• Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit content of any form.

3. Resource Utilization & Fair Use

To guarantee optimal 99.99% uptime and high-speed NVMe performance for all clients, shared hosting and reseller accounts operate under CloudLinux resource monitoring limits (CPU, Physical RAM, IOPS, and Entry Processes). Accounts that continuously consume abnormal server resources that degrade server performance for neighbouring clients may be temporarily throttled or requested to upgrade to dedicated/VPS resources.

4. Billing, Invoices & Payment Terms

All hosting and domain services are billed in advance on a recurring monthly, annual, or multi-year basis according to your chosen cycle. Invoices are generated fourteen (14) days prior to your billing renewal date. If an invoice remains unpaid after the due date, an automatic grace period of five (5) days is granted. Accounts unpaid after the grace period are subject to automated temporary suspension, and termination after 30 days of non-payment.

5. Backups & Data Integrity

FinderWebs maintains automated daily off-site server backups for disaster recovery. However, each client is strongly advised and ultimately responsible for maintaining independent, regular local backups of their own website files, databases, and emails. FinderWebs assumes no liability for loss of data, hardware corruption, or third-party breaches outside our control.

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & 99.99% Uptime Guarantee

FinderWebs guarantees a 99.99% network and server availability in any given calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance windows announced in advance. If server uptime falls below 99.99% due to unplanned server hardware or network failure, affected customers may request service credits in accordance with our SLA guidelines.

7. Amendments & Updates to Terms

FinderWebs reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time. Major changes will be communicated via your registered billing email address or client area announcement. Continued usage of FinderWebs services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
